WHAT WE OFFER:
ECOLODGE SELVA SENTIENTE - AN IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOREST
Based on the grounds of Sachaqa Centro de Arte, an artist residency program where artists are in a deep creative process, in the studio.
Choose from two unique housing options: a private house, ideal for solitude or couples seeking stillness, and a two-room house perfect for friends or those open to a shared experience.
Both structures are built with quincha walls and palm roofs, following traditional, sustainable building practices. Each house includes a kitchen and compost toilet, embracing an ecological lifestyle in harmony with the land. Wake to birdsong, breathe clean forest air, and immerse yourself in the quiet rhythm of the Amazon..

7 DAY: RESIDENCIES: BIOLOGY, BUILDING, FARMING + PLANT MEDICINE
Selva Sentiente, learning begins with the forest itself. These 7-day residencies invite artists, researchers, and dreamers to live, build, and listen alongside the communities of San Roque de Cumbaza and the surrounding highland jungle of Peru.
Each route — from forest biology and conservation, earth architecture, and sustainable living to medicinal plant knowledge — offers a different way of entering into dialogue with nature.
Participants explore biodiversity with local conservationists, learn to build with clay and bamboo, harvest cacao and coffee with jungle farmers, and sit in silence with the healing plants guided by Kechwa healers and artist Trina Brammah.
Rooted in reciprocity, every experience bridges science and spirit, art and ecology, tradition and innovation — an invitation to remember that the forest is sentient, and we are part of its ongoing story.
